Initial Consultation Agreement Between Sultan Singh (RCIC #R710368) Representing Garland International Immigration Inc. and, the Client
This Agreement outlines the terms of consultation services provided by Sultan Singh, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R710368) representing Garland International Immigration Inc., to the Client. The Client agrees to pay the consultation fees as specified in the booking platform or invoicing system for the selected consultation service. The purpose of the consultation is to gather sufficient information to allow the RCIC to provide a comprehensive assessment and professional advice regarding available immigration options, estimated processing timelines, government fees, and related costs.
The Client agrees to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and documentation as requested by the RCIC and to disclose all relevant facts, including any previous refusals, inadmissibility concerns, criminal history, medical issues, or other adverse information. Failure to provide complete and truthful information may affect the quality of advice provided, void this Agreement, or negatively impact any current or future immigration application or status.
The RCIC’s advice is based on Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and policies in effect at the time of the consultation. Sultan Singh and Garland International Immigration Inc. are not responsible for any future changes in immigration legislation, policies, or government processing practices that may affect the Client’s eligibility, application process, or outcome.
The RCIC will provide services competently and professionally in accordance with the standards established by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). However, no guarantee or assurance is given regarding the approval of any immigration, visa, permit, business, education, or employment-related application or objective, as final decisions are made solely by the appropriate government authorities.
All information and documentation provided by the Client will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for the provision of services through employees, agents, or authorized representatives of Garland International Immigration Inc.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Sultan Singh (RCIC #R710368) is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and complies with all applicable By-Laws, Code of Professional Conduct, and Regulations established by the CICC.
By paying the consultation fee and/or proceeding with the consultation booking, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
